According to reports from PCT 4, on September 27, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Circle K located in the 9300 block of West FM 1960 Bypass in reference to a robbery type call.
Upon deputies arriving, the store clerk advised that a male suspect entered the business and attempted to steal merchandise.
The store clerk asked the male to pay for the items and he then threatened to assault her and two other store clerks at the location. The suspect then fled the scene.
While Constable Deputies were conducting their investigation, the suspect returned to the location and was quickly apprehended and identified as Daniel Kellem.
"Daniel Kellem was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Robbery by Threats. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 177th District Court." -Constable Mark Herman
