Over the weekend, Constable Mark Herman's office made multiple arrests throughout Precinct 4. The two suspected drunk drivers were identified as Kerin Ventura and Darryl Johnson after being pulled over separately for traffic violations. Kerin Ventura refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit. Constable Deputies were able to stop the vehicle.Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was discovered that both suspects were driving while intoxicated."Kerin Ventura and Darryl Johnson were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Kerin Ventura was also charged with Evading in a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $3,000.00 out of County Court 04. Darryl Johnson's bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
