According to reports from PCT 4, on September 9, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 2200 block of Rhyme Court Road in reference to four male suspects who trespassed into the garage of a residence. Upon deputies arriving, the reportee advised the males fled the location in a red Nissan Altima.Constable Deputies searched the area and located the vehicle nearby and initiated a traffic stop. The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit. The vehicle came to a stop near a dead end and the four suspects exited the vehicle and fled on foot.A perimeter was set and with the assistance of a Constable K-9, three of the four suspects were captured. Further investigation revealed that the Nissan Altima was stolen."The suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. The driver, Jaylen Leblanc was charged with Evading in a Motor Vehicle and the passengers, John Leblanc and Corey Forney were charged with Evading Arrest.
