A total of five suspects were arrested at a local motel over the weekend on multiple drug charges and open warrants.

According to reports from PCT 4, on August 16, 2019, Constable Mark Herman's Special Operations Unit observed a suspicious vehicle parked across three parking spots at the Candlewood Suites Motel located in the 8700 FM 1960 Road West. The driver was identified as Shannon Toomer, who was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and the passenger as Castle Brown who was found to have three open warrants out of Harris County Precinct 4.
 
During a search of the vehicle, Constable Deputies located Methamphetamine and Xanax inside a black backpack. Both occupants stated that the backpack belonged to a friend who was in a room at the motel where they were all staying.
 
Deputies relocated to the motel room and detained three suspects who were identified as Stephanie Aguilar, Matthew Quintero and Hayden Franklin. Hayden Franklin was found to have an open warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance out of the Tomball Police Department.
Constable Deputies located and seized Methamphetamine, Xanax and Marijuana from inside the room. Stephanie and Matthew's vehicles were also searched and deputies located individually packaged Xanax, a firearm, Oxycodone, Marijuana and a scale inside. All contraband was sized.
 
"All five suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Hayden Franklin was booked in for his open warrant and received a No Bond. Castle Brown, Matthew Quintero and Shannon Toomer were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Castle Brown's bond was set at $1,000.00 and Quintero and Tommer's bond were set at $5,000.00 each. Stephanie Aguilar was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to Deliver. Her bond was set at $15,000.00." - Constable Mark Herman
