According to reports from PCT 4, on August 4, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 28200 block of State Highway 290 reference to a road rage incident.

Upon deputies arriving, the complainant reported that while driving on the main lanes of the highway, he pulled in front of a vehicle, prompting the driver to become upset.

The suspect, identified on scene as David Davis, began to yell, make inappropriate gestures and pulled out a handgun, racked the slide back and pointed it at the complainant. The complainant stated he was fear for his life and quickly contacted 911.

"David Davis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His bond was set at $20,000.00 out of the 351st District Court."-Constable Mark Herman
