According to reports from PCT 4, on July 29, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop in the 4800 block of the North Sam Houston Parkway West. The driver who was identified as Samuel Rendon, displayed several signs of intoxication.Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was discovered that he was driving while intoxicated.Further investigation revealed that this was his second Driving While Intoxicated Offense."Samuel Rendon was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated -2nd Offense.
