A juvenile currently on probation for aggravated robbery has been arrested for evading arrest in a stolen vehicle and unlawfully carrying a weapon.
According to reports from PCT 4, on July 24, 2019, a deputy with with Constable's Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 13500 block of Kuykendahl Road that was just reported stolen. The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit.
The driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed at the intersection of Hugh Road and Trickey Road where he attempted to flee on foot but was quickly apprehended and identified as a juvenile.
Further investigation revealed that he was currently on probation for Aggravated Robbery. Additionally, Constable Deputies located a firearm and black ski mask in the stolen vehicle.
