Deputies with Constable Ted Heap's office are asking for your help identifying two suspects caught on camera during a car burglary in the Concord Bridge neighborhood of Northwest Houston.The victim discovered her vehicle had been burglarized while it was parked in her driveway in the 13700 block of Wheatbridge on the morning of Thursday, July 18. Home surveillance cameras showed two suspects approach the car at 3:40 a.m. that morning.
