According to reports from law enforcement officials, on July 18, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 11100 block of Antoine Drive. The driver who was identified as Luis Camarillo, displayed several signs of intoxication.He refused to perform Standard Field Sobriety Tests or provide a breath or blood specimen. The Constable Deputy was able to get a warrant for a blood specimen."Luis Camarillo was arrested, booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated - 3rd Offense.
