Massage parlor employee Van Thi Vo has been arrested, booked into the Harris County Jail and charged with Prostitution for a second time.According to reports from PCT 4, on Friday, July 12, 2019, Constable Mark Herman's Criminal Investigations Division conducted an investigation into alleged prostitution at the Massage New Foot Spa located in the 2100 block of FM 1960. This investigation was based on citizen complaints regarding alleged prostitution at the location.Investigators entered the unlicensed massage establishment posing as clients and were solicited sex or sex acts for money by unlicensed employee Van Thi Vo.As a result of the investigation, Van Thi Vo was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Prostitution. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 01.
