According to reports from PCT 4, on March 12, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 4000 block of the North Sam Houston Parkway West. The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit.Constable Deputies were able to stop the vehicle in the 11600 block of Antoine Drive. The driver was identified as Samuel Ventura."Samuel Ventura was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle.
