According to reports from PCT 4, on February 21, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 14700 block of North Eldridge Parkway in reference to a package theft. Upon deputies arriving, the homeowner advised that an unknown male suspect was captured on her home video surveillance stealing four packages off her front porch.The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, 20-30 years of age, short black hair, wearing glasses, a blue t-shirt, blue jeans, and a white tuxedo jacket. The suspect is seen gathering several packages from the front porch of the home then getting in a black or dark gray unknown year model Chrysler 200 sedan."We are seeking the public's assistance in identifying this male.
