The Harris County PCT 4 Constable's Office is asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects responsible for stealing jewelry at the outlet mall.
According to reports from PCT 4, on February 15, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Houston Premium Outlet Mall located in the 29300 block of the Northwest Freeway in reference to a smash and grab robbery at the Zales Jewelry store.
Upon deputies arriving, a store employee advised that three males entered the business and one of them displayed a sledgehammer and smashed a glass case. The suspects stole various items of jewelry from with-in the glass case before they fled the scene.
One suspect is described as a black male in his late teens wearing a black hoodie, black pants and black shoes. The second suspect is described as a black male in his late teens wearing a gray hoodie, white denim pants, black under shirt and red shoes. The third suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his late teens wearing a black hoodie, red under shirt, black pants and black shoes. The suspects were seen driving a black 4 door Toyota displaying Texas license plate KPJ-3469.
