According to reports from PCT 4, on November 6, 2018 deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 11300 block of Huffmeister Road in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arriving, Constable Deputies located the vehicle parked with the engine running and observed a male asleep behind the wheel.Investigation revealed that the vehicle was reported as stolen. The driver was detained and identified as Shannon Sharp. The vehicle was recovered and returned to the owner. "Shannon Sharp was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
