10-year-old Navya excels as a well-rounded student as she was on the distinguished honor roll and a member of the Name That Book campus champions and art club, as well as being named Danish's Student of the Month.
Favorite class: "Language Arts because I love to read and write fantasy stories."
Favorite things to do after class: "I like to read high school-level fantasy books that I get from the Harris County Public Library."

What topics/things are you passionate about?: "Writing songs for my friend's album, singing with my little choir, The Prophecies, and swimming competitively."
What/who inspires you?: "Aelin from Throne of Glass is my role model because she is brave, confident and strong."
What three things can't you live without?: "Books, swimming and music."
